Return & Exchange Eligibility:
● Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
● A genuine reason must be provided for the return or exchange
● The product must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, uncombed, unmodified and in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
● Due to hygiene reasons, worn or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:

Quality Check & Coupon Issuance:

● If the product fails the QC check due to signs of use or damage, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
